Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts or pecans)
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  5. Layer the shredded coconut, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and nuts evenly over the crust.
  6. If using, sprinkle mini marshmallows on top.
  7. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the entire pan.
  8. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
  9. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
