- 1 pound ground pork

- Dumpling Wrappers:
- 30 round dumpling wrappers
- For Air Frying:
- Cooking spray or oil for brushing
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground pork, green onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
- Place a dumpling wrapper in the palm of your hand and add about 1 tablespoon of the pork filling in the center.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it in half, and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the dumplings in a single layer, making sure they do not touch.
- Brush the tops of the dumplings with oil or cooking spray.
- Air fry the dumplings for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Make-ahead: You can prepare the dumplings and freeze them before cooking. Just place them in a single layer on a baking sheet, freeze until solid, then transfer to a freezer bag.
