Description

A wholesome and delicious Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Bake that combines the goodness of oats, apples, and warm spices for a perfect breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 apples, diced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, diced apples, brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and vanilla extract.
  3. If using, fold in the chopped walnuts.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the oatmeal is set.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
