Description

Ingredients

  • Butternut Squash: 2 cups, peeled and cubed
  • Apples: 3 medium, cored and sliced (preferably Granny Smith)
  • Brown Sugar: 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
  • Nutmeg: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Oats: 1 cup
  • Walnuts: 1/2 cup, chopped
  • Butter: 1/4 cup, melted
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed butternut squash, sliced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Toss until well coated.
