- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 cups sweet potatoes, cubed

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced kielbasa, Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, and red onion.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on a sheet pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the vegetables are tender and the kielbasa is browned.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
