- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices of bacon, chopped

- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup whole milk

Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pot.
- Add the ground beef to the pot and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the diced onion, garlic, carrots, celery, and potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes until vegetables begin to soften.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in the milk, Worcestershire sauce, and half of the cooked bacon. Heat through for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with remaining bacon and additional cheese if desired.
