Description

Bacon Egg Cheese Quesadillas are a delightful fusion of crispy tortillas filled with fluffy scrambled eggs, savory bacon, and melted cheese. Each bite offers a satisfying crunch followed by a creamy, cheesy richness that tantalizes the taste buds.


Ingredients

  • Tortillas: 4 large flour tortillas
  • Eggs: 4 large eggs, beaten
  • Bacon: 6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Cheese: 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Butter: 2 tablespoons, for cooking
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and crumble.
  2. In the same skillet, add the beaten eggs, season with salt and pepper, and scramble until just set, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Lay one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese on one half of the tortilla.
  4. Add half of the scrambled eggs and half of the crumbled bacon on top of the cheese.
  5. Fold the tortilla over to cover the filling and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Flip the quesadilla and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the skillet and repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  8. Cut into wedges and serve warm.
