Description

Baked Brie en Croûte with Honey, Thyme & Crispy Salami is a delicious and elegant appetizer that combines the creamy richness of Brie cheese with the sweetness of honey, the earthiness of thyme, and the crunch of crispy salami, all wrapped in a flaky pastry crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 round Brie cheese (about 8 ounces)
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 4 ounces salami, sliced thin
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Place the Brie cheese in the center of the pastry.
  4. Drizzle honey over the Brie and sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves.
  5. Top with crispy salami slices.
