Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the marinade: In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts generously in the yogurt mixture, ensuring even coverage.
  4. Place the marinated chicken in a greased baking dish, ensuring they are spaced out.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

Notes

Let the chicken marinate for at least an hour for maximum flavor. You can also cook in an air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes.
