Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the marinade: In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Coat the chicken breasts generously in the yogurt mixture, ensuring even coverage.
- Place the marinated chicken in a greased baking dish, ensuring they are spaced out.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Rest the chicken for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
Notes
Let the chicken marinate for at least an hour for maximum flavor. You can also cook in an air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes.
