Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them evenly with the herb mixture.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and arrange the zucchini and cherry tomatoes around them.
