Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Sear the chicken in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Add the spinach and cherry tomatoes to the skillet, then pour the balsamic vinegar over the top.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spinach wilts and the tomatoes soften.
