Instructions
- In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- In a separate bowl, combine diced watermelon, mint, feta cheese, and lime juice to make the salsa.
