- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped, for garnish

Instructions
- Prepare the Coating: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper until evenly mixed.
- Coat the Salmon: Toss each salmon piece in the flour mixture to ensure a solid coating.
- Fry the Salmon: Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and fry salmon bites for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Create the Bang Bang Sauce: In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice, stirring until smooth.
- Toss with Sauce and Serve: Toss the fried salmon bites in the sauce and serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
