- 2 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, onion, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the pork shoulder in a roasting pan and pour the BBQ sauce mixture over it.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake for 3-4 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
- Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before shredding it with two forks.
- Mix the shredded pork with the remaining BBQ sauce in the pan.
- Serve the pulled pork on slider buns and top with coleslaw if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the pork shoulder overnight in the BBQ sauce mixture.
- These sliders can be made in a slow cooker for convenience.
