- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add the elbow macaroni and cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- If desired, stir in shredded cheese until melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
