Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olives, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, arrange the sliced zucchinis and chicken breasts.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and zucchini.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper over the top.
  5. Add cherry tomatoes and olives around the chicken.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle feta cheese on top.
  8. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
