Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large baking dish, arrange the sliced zucchinis and chicken breasts.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and zucchini.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper over the top.
- Add cherry tomatoes and olives around the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle feta cheese on top.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- For added flavor, marinate the chicken in olive oil and spices for a few hours before baking.
