- 1 cup Biscoff spread

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and smooth it out.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, warm the Biscoff spread for about 20 seconds until it’s pourable.
- Drizzle half of the warmed Biscoff spread over the brownie batter, then sprinkle half of the crushed cookies on top.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter over the Biscoff layer and smooth it out.
- Drizzle the remaining Biscoff spread on top and swirl it gently with a knife. Sprinkle the remaining crushed cookies over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan for at least 20 minutes before cutting into squares.
