Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the softened butter, milk, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread the Biscoff cookie butter evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into rolls.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
