Description

Biscoff Cookie Truffles are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that combines the rich flavor of Biscoff cookies with cream cheese and chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Biscoff cookies (8.8 oz)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (milk or dark)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
  • Additional crushed Biscoff cookies for coating

Instructions

  1. Crush the Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed cookies with softened cream cheese until well blended.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  7. Roll the chocolate-coated truffles in additional crushed Biscoff cookies for coating.
  8. Place the coated truffles back on the baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
