- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the garlic mixture.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
- Place the chicken on the griddle and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove from the griddle and let rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
