- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Garnish:
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice, celery salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
- Add the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, celery, and red onion to the bowl with the dressing. Toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, stir in the chopped parsley and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve chilled.
