Description

A refreshing and delicious twist on the classic BLT sandwich, this BLT Pasta Salad combines pasta, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, and juicy tomatoes for a perfect summer dish.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of pasta (your choice)
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, and chopped romaine lettuce.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
