Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture; mix well.
- Gradually add flour, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle (about 16×12 inches) and spread softened butter over it.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly over the buttered dough; top with blueberries.
- Roll the dough tightly from the long side and cut into 12 equal pieces.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, whisk together icing ingredients until smooth.
- Drizzle icing over warm rolls before serving.
