Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil, then knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  3. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  6. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
  7. Spread the buffalo chicken evenly over the pizza dough, then sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
