- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Grease a mini muffin tin and fill each cup with the brownie batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let them cool before removing from the tin.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- These brownie bites can be frozen for longer storage.
