Buffalo Chicken Tortellini Alfredo is a creamy, indulgent dish that combines the rich texture of alfredo sauce with the spicy kick of buffalo chicken. Ingredients

  • Tortellini: 12 oz cheese tortellini, fresh or frozen
  • Chicken: 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • Buffalo Sauce: 1/2 cup hot buffalo sauce
  • Alfredo Sauce: 1 cup store-bought or homemade alfredo sauce
  • Cheese: 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Green Onions: 2, sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the tortellini according to package instructions (about 3-5 minutes for fresh, 7-10 minutes for frozen) until al dente.
  2. While the tortellini cooks, in a separate skillet over medium heat, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the alfredo sauce, mixing well until combined and heated (about 2-3 minutes).
  4. Drain the tortellini and add it to the skillet with the buffalo chicken and alfredo sauce. Gently toss to coat the tortellini evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top and cover the skillet for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
