Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 cans Refried Beans
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 2 cups Cheese (Cheddar and Monterey Jack)
  • Toppings: Avocado, Salsa, Fresh Cilantro, Jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
