Description

Candy Corn Panna Cotta is a delightful and festive dessert that captures the essence of Halloween with its vibrant colors and sweet flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Yellow food coloring
  • Orange food coloring

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves and mixture is warm.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
  4. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. Divide the mixture into two bowls. In one bowl, add yellow food coloring and mix until desired color is achieved. In the other bowl, add orange food coloring.
  6. Pour the yellow mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for about 2 hours until set.
  7. Once the yellow layer is set, gently pour the orange mixture on top and refrigerate for another 2 hours until fully set.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy your Candy Corn Panna Cotta!

Notes

  • For a more intense color, add more food coloring as desired.
  • Make sure to let each layer set completely before adding the next layer.
  • This dessert can be made a day in advance for convenience.
