  • Crust:
    • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Layer 1:
    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 1 cup whipped topping
  • Layer 2:
    • 1 cup caramel sauce
    • 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • Layer 3:
    • 1 cup whipped topping
    • 1/4 cup chopped pecans, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool completely.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping until well combined.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  6. Drizzle 1/2 cup of caramel sauce over the cream cheese layer, then sprinkle with 1 cup of toasted pecans.
  7. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pecan layer.
  8. Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce on top and sprinkle with additional chopped pecans for garnish.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
