Ingredients
- Cauliflower: 1 large head, cut into florets

- Cheddar cheese: 2 cups, shredded
- Milk: 1 cup
- Butter: 4 tablespoons
- Flour: 1/4 cup
- Salt: 1 teaspoon

- Garlic powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Mustard powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and blanch the cauliflower florets for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
