Ingredients

- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until the cauliflower is well coated with the mixture.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the mixture.
- These bites can be served with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
