Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss until the cauliflower is well coated with the mixture.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the mixture.
