- Cheese Filling:

- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
- Marinara Sauce: 3 cups store-bought or homemade marinara sauce
- Garnish: Fresh basil leaves for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, and Italian herbs until well blended.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Take one lasagna noodle, place 2-3 tablespoons of the cheese mixture on one end, and roll it up tightly.
- Place the rolled noodle seam-side down in the baking dish. Repeat with remaining noodles.
- Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the top of the rolls, ensuring they are well covered.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle additional mozzarella on top, and bake for another 15 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
