Description

A delicious and cheesy bread stuffed with spinach and artichokes, perfect for parties or as a snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of bread
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, artichokes, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Hollow out the loaf of bread, leaving a thick shell.
  4. Fill the hollowed bread with the cheese and spinach mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the bread is golden.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the cheese mixture.
  • Serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
