Description

Cheetos Flamin’ Hot Mac & Cheese Muffins are a deliciously spicy twist on traditional mac and cheese, baked into convenient muffin form for a fun and flavorful snack or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Cheetos Flamin’ Hot, crushed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, milk, crushed Cheetos, eggs, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden and the muffins are set.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy your spicy muffins!

Notes

  • For extra spice, add more crushed Cheetos on top before baking.
  • These muffins can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
