Cheetos Flamin’ Hot Mac & Cheese Muffins are a deliciously spicy twist on traditional mac and cheese, baked into convenient muffin form for a fun and flavorful snack or side dish.

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Cheetos Flamin’ Hot, crushed
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, milk, crushed Cheetos, eggs, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden and the muffins are set.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin.
- Serve warm and enjoy your spicy muffins!
Notes
- For extra spice, add more crushed Cheetos on top before baking.
- These muffins can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
