- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Open the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the biscuit pieces with the chicken mixture and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Pour the melted butter over the mixture and toss to coat.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased bundt pan, layering with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some chopped fresh herbs like parsley or basil.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
