Description

The Chicken Caesar Wrap is a delightful fusion of tender, juicy chicken and crisp romaine lettuce, all enveloped in a soft, warm tortilla. Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast: 2 boneless, skinless breasts, grilled and sliced
  • Romaine Lettuce: 2 cups, chopped
  • Caesar Dressing: 1/4 cup, preferably homemade
  • Parmesan Cheese: 1/4 cup, grated
  • Croutons: 1/2 cup, store-bought or homemade
  • Tortillas: 4 large, flour or whole wheat

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and juices run clear.
  3. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
  5. Lay a tortilla flat and place a generous portion of the salad mixture in the center.
  6. Add sliced chicken on top of the salad mixture.
  7. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap.
  8. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  9. Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
