- 2 cloves garlic, minced (for sauce)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Combine the ground chicken, grated onion, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl until well integrated.
- Shape the mixture into oval-shaped kofta, roughly the size of an egg.
- Heat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat, then cook the kofta for approximately 5-6 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
- Prepare the creamy garlic yogurt sauce by mixing yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Plate the kofta warm, drizzling with the yogurt sauce and garnishing with chopped parsley.
