A delightful and easy-to-make Chocolate Chip Swiss Roll filled with creamy goodness and topped with chocolate chips.

- 4 large eggs
- 100g granulated sugar
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 30g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 100g chocolate chips
- 200ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and granulated sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, then fold into the egg mixture.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking tray and spread evenly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cake springs back when touched.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before rolling it up in the parchment paper.
- While the cake cools, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Unroll the cooled cake, spread the whipped cream evenly, and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Roll the cake back up tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes
- Make sure to roll the cake while it’s still warm to prevent cracking.
- You can substitute heavy cream with a non-dairy alternative for a vegan version.
