Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made chocolate pie crust
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the peanut butter and powdered sugar, and mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
  5. Pour the filling into the pre-made chocolate pie crust and smooth the top.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler, then drizzle over the pie.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Slice and serve chilled, garnished with additional whipped cream if desired.
