Ingredients

- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Spread the melted dark chocolate evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes until set.
- Melt the white chocolate in a separate bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Add the peppermint extract to the melted white chocolate and mix well.
- Pour the white chocolate over the set dark chocolate layer and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the crushed peppermint candies on top before the white chocolate sets.
- Refrigerate until fully set, then break into pieces to serve.

- For a festive touch, use colored candy canes for the topping.
