Description

A delightful fusion of churros and creamy cheesecake, topped with cinnamon-sugar for a nostalgic treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (plus extra for topping)
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of your cheesecake pan to form the crust.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese in a separate large bowl until smooth.
  5. Add sour cream and powdered sugar to the cream cheese, mixing until fully integrated.
  6. Pour the cream cheese filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set around the edges.
  8. Cool the cheesecake at room temperature, then refrigerate for a few hours.
  9. Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon-sugar on top before serving.
