- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (plus extra for topping)
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon in a bowl.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of your cheesecake pan to form the crust.
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a separate large bowl until smooth.
- Add sour cream and powdered sugar to the cream cheese, mixing until fully integrated.
- Pour the cream cheese filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set around the edges.
- Cool the cheesecake at room temperature, then refrigerate for a few hours.
- Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon-sugar on top before serving.
