Description

Cinnamon Roll Apple Pie Cups are a delightful dessert that combines the flavors of cinnamon rolls and apple pie in a convenient cup form.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of cinnamon roll dough
  • 2 cups of diced apples
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of flour
  • 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup of icing (from the cinnamon roll can)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and flour until well combined.
  3. Open the cinnamon roll dough and separate the rolls.
  4. Flatten each roll and place it into a greased muffin tin to form a cup.
  5. Fill each cinnamon roll cup with the apple mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and drizzle with icing.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
