Ingredients

  • 2 cans of cinnamon rolls
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon roll icing (from the cans)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and place them in the baking dish.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs, sour cream, and milk, and mix until well combined.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cinnamon rolls in the baking dish.
  7. Drizzle the cinnamon roll icing over the top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
