Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
  2. Combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and brown sugar.
