Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, milk, and poppy seeds.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter.
  5. Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the chicken mixture.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
