- 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup creamy pesto dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, corn, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and crumbled bacon.
- Add the creamy pesto dressing and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
