Description

Cranberry & Brie Flatbread is a delightful holiday appetizer that combines the creamy richness of brie cheese with the tartness of cranberries, all on a crispy flatbread base.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Layer the sliced brie cheese evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Spread the cranberry sauce over the brie.
  5. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
  6. Drizzle honey over the entire flatbread.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
