  • Seasoning:

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, honey, soy sauce, orange zest, and ground ginger. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  4. In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Pour the cranberry orange glaze over the chicken in the skillet.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
