    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
    • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
    • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Dates:
    • 16 Medjool dates, pitted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped pecans, chopped cranberries, and honey (if using). Mix until well combined.
  3. Carefully slice each date lengthwise, creating a pocket without cutting all the way through.
  4. Stuff each date with about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the dates are warm and the filling is slightly golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
