- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- For the Cranberry Sauce:
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- For Assembly:
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced pickles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into 12 equal-sized meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the cranberry sauce by mixing cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard, and brown sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat until warmed through.
- Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and toss them in the cranberry sauce until well coated.
- To assemble the sliders, place a meatball on each slider bun, top with shredded lettuce and pickles if desired, and serve immediately.
